Also how do eat your seacucumber raw or cooked, Korean have something called jellyfish salad kinda salty and crunchy. If you like sea urchin eggs try sea squirts.
I believe it was raw but not sure, it was cold and very slippery with chopsticks. I had this at the East Coast Seafood Place in Singapore.

I love foods

Duck and chicken feet

Eggs with the chick still inside

Cow penis and tongue

Cooked Pork brain, mashed it up with herbs and spices.

:grinno:

I always wanted to try them still alive octopus or squids.

All these foods are common where I am :P
The other more exotic foods in Asia besides insects would be
-Flying Fox
-Anteaters
- Civet Cats
-Monitor Lizards
- Monkey
etc
........... You get the idea

Deer Penis and Chinese Herbal Soup (They said "it's good for man!" lol )
Sorry I draw the line at insects... never had any

wait deer penis is above the line? :screwy:

i'd eat a cockroach before i'd drop the roach part

Quail Pidan (also known as Century Egg). Quail eggs that have been coated in quick lime and ash and other stuff and left to ferment for a month or two. Sounds gross? It is.

I'm scottish, so some people say my beloved haggis is weird. But most of the people that say this have never had it! mmmm

I've also had calf fries (the testicles from a bull being turned into a steer then deep fried). I almost threw up when I found out what they were. Rattlesnake, buffalo (makes a divine pizza), and guinea pig (really tough!)
