All these foods are common where I am :P
The other more exotic foods in Asia besides insects would be
-Flying Fox
-Anteaters
- Civet Cats
-Monitor Lizards
- Monkey
etc
........... You get the idea

Wait, people eat civet cat? Do they realize that they could be making a fortune selling coffee that goes several hundred dollars a pound? In case you're confused, google Kopi Luwak coffee. In reference to the Flying Fox, they sell Blue Gourami at an asian supermarket near me. Makes me sad to look at mine!

My friends used to make fun of me and my brother cause we ate a muskrat. BBQ groundhog is good though! better than racoon or possum.

i hear rabbit is actually pretty dam enjoyable.

duck's a good one gator and buffalo (OMG!!! BUFFALO!!!)

i had snake once, good but not enough..
tongue is good too. i'd like to try hagus... but i'm not too into the whole organ thing...

like tongue and heart ar mostly muscle (aka steak) but like kidney/ spleen... eww...

This isn't all that freaky, but it sure was good! It's a lot like ceviche - raw scallops in lime juice, chiles, and onion.

I believe it was raw but not sure, it was cold and very slippery with chopsticks. I had this at the East Coast Seafood Place in Singapore.
Ya it probably was then but was it still moving on your plate? My dad nows lots of people in the asian community so we get all the "delicasyies" at asian resturant. Like whole fired ice fish they get this fish about 3inches long whole batter it up and then seep fry it.
