from experiance, generaly they wont, i now use big open top jars for my betta's but in the past i have used a 4.5l bells wiskey bottle... worked a treat too, but chose to change too wider jars cos i now have more space... never had a betta get stuck in a bottle in five years i've had too many betta's and had a fair few in bottles....

i remember seeing a pic of a breeder,very similar idea just hundreds of glass jars each containing 1 fish..
It must get incredibly tedious to clean all those jars. If I was going to keep THAT many bettas, I'd go with a rack system.
I hope the bettas are keep at ideal temps,breeders in malaysian can keep them in bowls because it's fricken hot and more for display.
Not one for bettas, but I like the way you got it set up right now. Any chance of some close ups. To see the bettas colors and fins??
