Update time getting long and getting chonky i love the way he lurkes this is one of his favorite places to chill ill have to try to replicate this spot in larger sizes as he grows for sure

did you move yet? I haven’t seen you post much lately. I say go for the far they are awesome fish for sure I miss my spotted Gar.
I have moved now, which is why I am suddenly open to exploring new fish lol. I posted a thread about the move, will tag you in it so we don’t derail here. Lol
Tragedy has struck, I moved him to the 125 and that was a mistake, and I have been hesitant to share this with you guys but I don't wanna just let this thread die and dissappear. So anyway I moved him to the 125 and I should have known better but I ignored my gut and he injured his back, I fear that its broken its not as bad as it was witch leads me to believe that it was broken and that this is how it healed, I separated him and kept him in shallow water and did salt and clean water. I feel terrible because I have failed, but he is still alive so there's that

this is already like 2 months old of an injury i made the mistake of putting him in to big of a tank for his size, he got spooked at night and sprinted across the tank and into the side glass. I messed up, thankfully there have been several threads with similar issues so I did what has been previously prescribed.
