He was damn near 90° when it first happened. Hes getting around fine he hunts just fine 
too

I added some salvinia minima to the tank while he was gone I think he appreciates the shade, and the up side(if you could call it that) is now hes not really aerodynamic(hydrodynamic? Idk) enough to do this again
He loves having some cover, he doesn't really come out from under it too much, unless I walk into the room. Then he comes out to watch me and makes sure that I see him and his cute puppy dog like begging ways. I gotta try to not give in to him and feed him every time. But his begging is pretty damn cute

Hes hard to see here(besides its not his head but like mid back) but it's the only top view of him there is. he loves his cover. He'll only come out from under it during feeding but I spoil him and just put the tweezers(he only eats at the surface, he'll grab pellets on their way down but if its too big for him[like massivore] and he drops it while trying to work it down he won't try to follow it) through the plants and feed him in the shade.
