If they pluck up the white eggs that's a good sign, those eggs are fertile.

came home today, looks like the white eggs are gone. I'm not sure if they picked up the fry's or not, the eggs looks like they hatched or something and the geo's have their mouths shut. It doesn't look normal so I am hoping they picked up their frys already.

From my experience with CA/SA's the eggs take 3 to 4 days to hatch or become wigglers. The parents will sometime move them to a more secure area such as behind/under a rock or wood..... poke around visually.... it'll be hard to find them, esp. with the dark substrate.

*** Dibbs on fry and the parents! ***

If they are holding their mouths will be clamped and you can see them tumbling the eggs/fry, it almost looks as if they are chewing. As the fry develop the throat will become visibly extended as well. I would expect them to release the fry for the first time in 3-4 days into a pit or a secluded area of the tank. Good luck!

Yes! that is exactly what it looks like. Their mouths are clamped and it looks like they are chewing/breathing fast.

I have a question for you guys, when these guys are holding their fry. should i even try to feed them?? Will they eat or ignore the food?

If there are other fish in the tank you need to feed, then you can feed them sparingly. Otherwise, I would try and feed them the first time you see that the fry have been released. You don't want to tempt them to eat while they are holding. They'll be fine without food if you want to wait until they are releasing them for long periods, but I usually try and get a little food to the female as soon as possible so that her recovery between spawns is not so long/significant.

last night i saw them do the switch.

The male or female released the wiggling eggs into a hole and the other one picked them up.

I snapped a few good pictures just right now..

I don't know why i like this one:
