here's my test setup first version and "cleaned up" the overflow works awesome, checked many times for power outage failures no issues(except when i didn't use enough duct tape-i think 1/2 inch should be enough right) and the FBF will restart itself and loses only the very very fine sand.

Awesome tool box! Looks like you could use a refill on the beer status though! Loving it, keep bringing pics cause they are giving me a ton of Ideas!
