Giant Gourami coloring?

Hey Guys!

So i got a giant gourami for my new 125g. He's only about 4.5"/5" right now but I heard they can grow 2-3" a month?

My main question is though, will he stay all pink? I've seen some pictures of adults that do, and some that get that grey all over. I'll love him regardless of the color, but I'm routing for Gorlami to stay pink (Inglorious bastards ref. And yes it's his name lol)

Looks to be leucistic with the black eyes... if ur asking if he will by chance change into a regular colored fish with pigmentation....no. U can get the regulars that would be grey/pigmented at this size already or albino or leucistic that lack pigment all together.

Ah OK, thank you for clarifying that. I actually prefer that Gorlami keeps this coloring vs the grey and pink.

I have him housed in a 120g, would that be enough room? Also I heard these fish are messy, are 2 sun sun 304Bs enough to handle it? They're rated to handle 150g per filter, so I figure 2 of them would be a safe bet. But then there's the fact that they're made in China...
 
Why not post a new thread about filtration? It is likely to get more views then a title about color, as more people will know about filtration.
