Giant Snakehead As Feeders?!

the fact that we r smart enough to stay away from eaten already makes us top.
we die from illness and old age, not PREDATION. No animal enjoy this as much as we do.
we have the power to put MOST creatures to extinction or save it from.
but you could be right too, germs and bacteria may be on top of us, if MOTHER NATURE choose to make that decision one day.

Interesting discussion. I never had heard the info on termite farts...Crazy... 
but believable. Cows are also great atmospheric polluters. I do, however, believe that we as humans are contrubting to global warming at a more accelerated rate. It's just science. As far as snakeheads as feeders, who cares? Jeff Rapps uses midas & managuense fry as feeders because he has an abundant supply. Its fast, easy, and cheap. Can you blame him? The same could very well apply to someone who breeds snakeheads and has other fish. Btw, if you are the faint of the heart when it comes to predatory fish, I recommend you not post on this board again for your own peace of mind and well-being. The title of this board is "MONSTER Fish Keepers", not "Friendly Fish Keepers"...even though we are friendly.

who cares if they are feeders? theres a bunch of them and they are small enough to be eaten. goldfish are used as feeders and some people love them more than anything. same thing as snakeheads. i love jaguar cichlids and somebody uses them as feeders. i find that funny. fish are used as feeders when there are many of them in the wild, captivity, ect. and when they breed easily like convicts.

I have never fed my RTC live fish, mice or anything, some do, my mate is one of those that does.

Does this guy work for PETA? They do not deserve to be food, humans make them so. Something is called a feeder fish is because of humans, imagine you being kept by a stronger animal and are named food? But what is happening here is such a magnificent predator or predators babies being used or sold as feeders and that is just not fair, not at all. This is like handing lion cubs to Hyenas, Wolves or Tigers to eat. It doesn't work that way. If it happens in the wild, fine, let the nature takes its course but still they would be so carefully guarded by their parents and they would strike at anything that comes closer, even humans until there are reports of people being attacked and killed.
Giant Snakehad's fry becomes prey in the wild so easily is again because of us humans, anglers hunting their parents for food which leaves the fries all alone. The Giant Snakehead just does not fall under the category of a feeder fish. So I find this ridiculous, why not include Arowana? Why not? Because it is expensive? Why? Because humans make it so! and if you call the Giant Snakehead itself as food fish, well again that is because of humans, it doesnt born to be food, you make it so you fool. You lable everything...if humans kill animal it is normal, if animals kill humans it is bad and dangerous, this and that and again you kill the animals, doesn't make any difference. Selfish..you are all that matters..*sighs*

But I'll drop by sometimes to check on more Snakehead videos.But if you decide to delete my registration, go ahead. And no, I'm not leaving because Giant Snakeheads are being sold as feeders.
