Global warming, fact or fiction?

global warming isn't important; Britney Spears, Lindsey Lohan, and Paris Hilton are so pls lets address more serious issues
of course global warming is happening.. only a ******-****-***-**** would think it isn't...

No question about it it is so totally obviously a huge FAKE tests show that the antarctic or south pole whatever is 100% THE SAME as 100 years ago.i cant imagine the mentally crazy guy who decided to make the entire world cringe in fear
its just like all that nonesense about deforestation!!! its all a plot to make people afraid of nothing. 2 years ago tenesee broke the record for how cold it was at that part of the year.
NEVER listen to the media it is full of lies so numerous the majority of people cant even desipher it from the truth! have you heard about the sun dying in the next 4 months???.... why dont you tell all your freinds that and soon ill give them the cure! for a thousand bucks!
each valcanoe realeases far more then we could ever release whith all our cars in a 100 years! it just like evolution NOT ONE BIT OF EVIDENCE FOR IT. evolution is another topic i dont want to bring up bye

It is NOT a question of weather or not humans are the cause of 'global warming'. The fact is that we do at least contribute to the situation, and that global climate change will affect everyone and everything on this planet.

Easterbrook). However, nature’s way of ‘recovering’ from a trend of rising global temperatures is a self-induced ice age. This happens when enough of the Arctic and Antarctic ice melts, putting millions of gallons of fresh water into the ocean, to shut down the Oceanic Conveyor Belt, the global ocean current system. This system is responsible for distributing warm tropical waters to places farther north, and colder arctic waters to places farther south. It is also a major contributor to the global climate e.g. the British Isles have a much warmer climate than their latitude would indicate because of the Oceanic Conveyor Belt bringing warmer water from the tropics to that region. With the shut down of this circulation system, the northern latitudes would enter into an ice age, thus correcting the global warming trend. This is why it’s known as ‘global climate change’ now instead of just ‘global warming’: some places will experience warmer temperature, and some places will experience colder temperatures, plus regional changes in precipitation, storm patterns, etc.
And to those of you who say there’s no need to do anything about global climate change because ‘global warming’ will just correct itself with an onset of an ice age, consider this: Ice ages are the number one cause of mass extinction. Humans are not exempt from extinction.
Yes, it's true that the media likes to get the public worked up about things like this, but in my opinion, people who have the raw data in front of them and still refuse to admit that humans play any part in global climate change are the definition of ignorance.
