I doubt anyone that has productive peacock spots would just give them away to a stranger, nevertheless on a public forum where everyone can see. Why? Because our peacock population took a plunge last year for the worse.
As i said in my previous post try the lakes in kendall and Miramar/Pines. You are coming at a good time as the peacock are bedding and getting into spawning mode.
As far as the bait goes, as long as their in their beds you can throw a bare hook at them and the will crush it. But honestly, try a Rapala Xrap in the orange yellow and green pattern.

The only reason why you are still catching alot of fish there is because of fishing laws, game wardens and catch and release fishermen. Way to make fun of game wardens.
