Gold Gourami Spawn

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I usually hard boil the egg and separate yolk and then add a small amount of water, only enough for couple days of feeding but keep the rest refrigerated. Its probably the most cost efficient and high protein

I plan to start with "First Bites" for a week or so and then live baby brine shrimp. I feed the BBS to all my angel fry but these little guys seem way too small even for BBS. What do you think? And when? With angels you don't feed until they are free swimmers plus a day.

Never raised Gourami fry but I feed bichir fry Micro Worms because they are tiny lol. The fry in the vid look like they have egg sacs wait until you see them free swimming. :)

Congrats on the spawn! When I used to spawn bettas, I would feed the hatchlings vinegar eels. Easy to culture and maintain, and quickly get them to baby brine shrimp.

Oooooo...I love Bichir! I have a Dinosaur one in my tank at home and my tank at school. They grow pretty fast so I thought it would be a good one for my students to watch

What are vinegar eels? So much I have never heard of.
