Nice video of the gold wolf. I could never do that with my black wolf. He may mistake my fingers for floating pellets.
I'd have to vent them to find out, wolves don't have features on their body to differentiate, just the girth. Don't care about the gender really, breedings not my thing, not much of a behavioral difference unless during breeding. Can't say I wanna violate their privates lol.

its work... I was able to pet and lift my black up a little out the water
Caught a picture of my ery and gold earlier figured you'd like to see it. Still note sure on the ID of this ery. Still don't think it's purple. It's 6.5", it let me measure it against the glass yesterday, might've been at a slight angle to so maybe bigger. Not as thick as my purple was at this size. Not sure how big the gold is. But they get along that's for sure. Have yet to see any aggression in my tank in its current state aside from the jag who's always grumpy.
Male golds have the red gill spot according to that link I posted. Apparently as straight forward as that%-)
