I just realized it’s been a month now since I started this thread.
So here are a couple quick pictures of Lil Mon basking in the morning sunlight.


I was trying to get pictures of his fry, but he kept swimming around for attention
Here I took little girl out so he would eat the babies, but he hasn’t. I counted just under 30 of the little brats in there. Ugh.

Looking at your fry in the store picture they are a lot lighter then the ones in your tank.
I think it would be interesting to see a couple of your bigger fry pulled out and raised in a different tank that’s not blacked out.

Yeah I agree, but all my tanks are blacked out!! haha. I'm not really happy with my tanks currently, aesthetically speaking.
