You need to grow that little girl out quick! that reed fish could almost take her on! Start powerfeeding her! Lots of meat for her after the lights have gone out!
 
she's cute. she's only about 1.5 to 2 inches.
 
GET HER BIGGER!!! seriously give it a few pieces of beefheart when you turn the lights out.
 
She's been getting some.
 
Put the beefheart in just as you turn the light out. She is nocturnal, and will find it. This will maximize her chances of getting the meat, without removing all the other occupants.
 
The reed fish isn't the main prob, hes got a lima shovelnose that is in the same tank too, and he is big.
