That is a great price they actually go for way more money when they are small because you never see them at that size.I also think you can keep it in a 75 gallon as long as you will upgrade in the future, but you need to over fiter the tank because they are messy and very sensitive to poor water conditions. I would definitely hook up a sump.I have a FRT that is about 25 years old right now and I have never had any medical problems but he was tank raised not wild caught.I wouldn't keep with Bichirs because they are to slow.I keep my turtle with all fast moving fish silver dollars, barbs ,etc.Slow moving fish will get mutilated and bit bad by the turtle.
