College educated Men/Women don't need to say anything racist. They have access to enough strings to pull that lets their actions speak louder than words.I've never seen a college educated man/woman say anything racist and actually mean it.

Thanks Balling!what he's referring to is oppression. racism is at it's most damaging when a group in power oppresses the targeted group. impossible for the minorities to do that. of course anyone can discriminate and hate on anyone but that doesn't always lead to oppression

very keen observation, No matter how much we try to minimize the power of words. there will still be meaning and power behind them.you really can't compare any "white" racial slur to hate that is buried in the N word (when used in certain context, but thats a whole nother debate)...
there is a new form of rascism and segregation going on. And it's about class.
but on a funnier note remember the debacle a few years ago where You could type in " a white man stole my car" ? and google would auto-correct it to say a black man stole my car... Now that was funny.
