Got a new marbled female. Not so great

Whenever you are getting fish from non trusted sources, ie other contries, you should never introduce them into your main system with other thriving fish. Quarantine it alone if possible and in a separate system.

small update this morning. found her moving about in the tank. slow but moving. are doing fine. i just poured in some prazipro inside the tank just for precaution this morning. totally slipped my mind for quarantine. i dont quarantine every fish (which is a sin). She seemed to have either shed or the flesh just fell off her disc where the rot was. seems to be healing a little. her ribs are showing but nose looks a little better than yesterday. Going to try and feed and see how she does. All of you guys are absolutely right, i shouldnt have done it but she is a beauty... and if she pulls through it will be all worth the risk xD water currently at 79 degrees, did large water change and replaced filter floss. added melafix and some salt yesterday.
 
Unfortunately we see this way too often. The bright side is you should be able to find a lot of recent threads about what to do to reduce the rays stress. I think some people will be 50/50 on prazi, on one had it's know to boost appetite plus obviously it treats, on the other medications stress fish. Do all you can to reduce stress and try feeding small portions. Lights off constantly, a bit of salt, make sure no tank mates can bug it, keep parameters spot on, bump temp a tiny bit, careful with what you dose the tank with, and pray my friend. With the threads we have seen lately it seem like half of these WC rays bought immediately after being shipped make it and half don't, not that I have concrete numbers to support that I just get that feeling. You will have some tough days ahead of you. Avoid massive WC and opt for 5% twice a day or once a day or something like that, 20% every other, and remember if you are doing a prazi treatment to replace what you remove. All the best.

Turned on the room light and saw the female still in the same corner but she turned around. She is still breathing but still lethargic. New symptoms coming out now, has whitish fungus growing on her tail from the open sores. covering the end of her tail, some of the cuts on her disc are closed but 1 has some fungus. I put in Pimafix for fungus treatment and threw in some more salt. didnt want to take a picture as i couldnt get a nice picture. hopefully tomorow will be a better day.
 
I don't know but I've been through the marble disc rot thing and it was fast and furious. Ray was dead in a couple or few days. My error was not having a stockpile of the appropriate meds on hand. If in your case the rot has stopped you're a lucky guy because in my case the Ray lost chunks the size of a dime daily. Was agonizing to watch this go one.
 
You need to get a hold of bifuran or some medication with the main ingredient being nitrofurozone. When i went through this I had a fellow member here walk me through it but I was too late getting my hands on the meds.
 
If possible take it back and get your money back. There's not much you can do at this point other that try treatment and chalking it up as a lesson learned.

i need the US equivalant of that. im not sure what that would be. Currently Treated in past 2 days - Melafix, Prazipro, salt. then Pimafix, Salt. right now she is still lethargic and barely moving. still showing signs of life. going to do another water change tomorow and gonna attempt an earthworm. I dont doubt that the ride was rough considering that if it came from asia i have researched the route. Right now im doing the best i can to keep it in a stable condition.

nono, there is no money back on this one lol. Its the reason why i took the chance. If its a loss, its my mistake for taking it. i doubt he would accept it anyways. Right now all i can do is do the best treatment I can and hope for the best. its also the work of the hobby.
