we have them here alot. there is a red angler at one lfs right now about the size of a quarter for 60.
im thinkin about gettin him but i am worreid about the lion

got new lights! it looks alot better now. i have 2 true actinics/blue actinics and 2 10 k bulbs. makes a nice white light. also while my fiance was at the lfs she picked up a baby red angler fish. he is pretty cute

here it is with the new lights and also my fiance added a red angler fish
tested the water and the amonia is at .25 wich is not supprising bc i have over fed the lion bc its just too cool along with the crippled BB
but once the lion is out it should get down pretty quick.
lighting now is 2 half true actinics/blue actinics and 2 10 ks loving it! great white light cant wait to get some good color in there to really brighten it up. you can see how bright the angler is

That angler is awesome. How much was it if you dont mind me asking?

I have lighting very similar to yours on my 72 bow, I almost wish i would have gone bluer but i really like how it looks.

Nice how big is your snowflake? Mine is about 2 foot and too big to fit in a piece of 1 inch pvc.

got the angler for 60 he is a little guy tho.
th esnow flake is maybe a foot at the most. i doubt he will get big tho bc i rescued him from an abandonded tank
i dont really like the blue thats whay i went with the 10ks to even it out. i love pure white light. like a MH
