I believe he ordered direct with Tenecor. I know we both ordered at the same time.

I am interested to see how they would resolve this.

You got yours set up?

You need pictures to believe it? Do you work for Tenecor? It was purchased straight from Tenecor, no middle man. I have a contract signed by me and by them showing what size everything should be and where it should be. Seeing as I'm not the only one on this forum whos had problems with hole sizes, I'd say its pretty easy to believe.

I already sent Tenecor pictures, its pretty simple, the holes are the wrong size, I do know how to use a tape measure and I know what size they should be for the type of bulkhead. Not to mention the bulkheads they sent me DONT fit.

Having holes drilled and filled, thats pretty obvious too, i dont hallucinate.

And bowing, i also know how to use a tape measure, and when the numbers go up as you move along the tank, thats defined as bowing.

sorry about your luck bud. In these tough economic times the last thing a company that makes fish tanks needs is bad publicity. I hope they do the right thing for you man.

Is this a Tenecor sales guy or a reseller?

"Why should you care what someone else does?"

Why do you need to see it, why should you care?

Sounds to me like you got hosed but I hear really good things about tenecor so I'm sure they'll take care of you.

I hear a lot of good things about Tenecor's customer support but to me that is a bad thing. It concerns me so many people have to go back to Tenecor for customer support. Seems to me their quality control is weak. There's absolutely no excuse to have holes drilled in the wrong place or wrong size and then ship it to the customer! This is unacceptable and I would not accept the tank and demand a full refund. If you have a contract with drawings you have a legitimate case, under $5K small claims if you spent over $5K get a lawyer and take em to court. Don't put up with this crap.

demand they fix it and give a 5% DISCOUNT not much but i would. just enough to say dont do it again but still but enough to smake thier fingures
