If you have the parrot in with the terror, it's not really a "wet pet" setup anymore. The fish will probably interact with each other- the "wet pet" thing is usually a very aggressive or interactive species with nothing else in the tank, so the fish interacts with the owner more, since there are no fish to distract it. I also have found 2 to be a bad number when it comes to cichlids- if only two in the tank, the subdominant one will get beaten on if the dominant one is at all aggressive. I don't think the tank will be big enough for the terror and 2 parrots though- Personally I would just get the green terror if you want it to be interactive.
