Weel I dont see a nest yet, the male chases the female all the time, but I think she isnt interested?

I took the wood on the left and I have split it up in two pieces. I have put one of the pieces in the middle, creating a ledge, where they can shelter. The other piece is at the left, where they can go hide behind.

This seems not to resolve the problem. Will taking the GT female away, reduce the agression of the male GT? If not i might have to sell both of them, because I dont wanna lose my Oscar.

Taking the female out would be worth a shot. Sometimes... Females just cause drama.

i wouldnt mind having it either the trick is you need fish that can hold their own with him and a oscar and jd probly wont. You need a jag, a red terror, a pike

all of those would pick on him lol i know becauce i have had that mix the Red Terror and Pike ruled the tank

The male is chasing the female all the time, biting her, she has some injuries now, bitemarks on her tail and also some scales on her head are missing.

Im trying to find someone who wants to buy the male or both of them. I hope I find smn soon, because I dont want my other fish to get hurt.

Keep the gt's and give them some non cichlid tankmates. Great looking set up btw
