Which tank you you prefer to use as a grow out for a teacup

48x18x21 - 75g

48x18x30 - 120g

24x36x24 - 90g

Thanks.

Reason I ask is, my teacup is in my 75g but a guy is selling 3 acrylic tanks for 500, a 120, 90 and a 56g sump. Is that good price for 3 tanks, about 265ish gallons

The 120 just bc of volume. The rays dont really care about height too much. But the extra water volume is nice. If its just one "teacup" ray you could go by footprint forsure. What type of ray is it? teacup is more of a size thing

Not sure why you think I have an adult motoro, pretty sure I just said its a teacup. No where in this thread did I say what tank is best for life. Tired of people assuming.

Yes, I know none of those tanks are big enough for an adult ray but that is not what I was asking. If you have something to say in regards to my original question then please add some input but as for people spamming the obviously, yes I know, we know.

agreed. Motoro grow too big too fast for those 4 footers. I kept my laticeps in a 4 foot tank untill they were about 5 inch disc. Then they moved to a 6 footer. Now at 7 to 8 inch disc I am buying them or building them a pond. In short spending the 500 dollars on one tank is a better idea

Yeah i think thats the way to go for rays. Im looking into a 300 gallon rubbermaid stock tank. You being in the states you can get them for a deal. Good luck! I know I will need it!
