gt male?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Very true....So much line breeding has been done with this fish ...especially those that have come out of the Far East. I have seen some that have short chunky bodies that we not Ballon Green Terrors????? This may have led to their development.
At that size to be sure venting is the best answer.

I guess just by looking at your pics, i would be inclined to think male. This is a hard question to sex these smaller GT's. I have one about 4" and when I posted most said female. I'm still holding out hope mine is a male too. Either way you have a great looking fish and time will tell for both of us. I wish mine was as orange and sharp as yours. Your specimen has a ton of orange on the fins. Very nice fish! Good luck and keep up the good work!

hey here are some vent pics the are not the best pics so dont know if any 1 can tell from these pics

i knew it was female...... the body shape is too round to be female... fmeales tend to have blue under the jaw .... fins have nothing to do with sex.....
