Bred this line for awhile. Select the best, and breed the best. Just have to start with a nice fish. I actually was getting out of the Hobby with this last generation. I didn't raise any fry, but there was about half a dozen. Gave them to a very good friend to raise out. When he gave them back, they were all pretty much show quality. All he fed them was Hikari gold.

They are bred for full range of pearls on body to the gills, blue pearls on throat under gills, full red/orange fringe on tail, straight finnage, eccentric metallic sheen, and true bulk with a nuchal hump. Most GT's get lean when they breed. These guys are opposite and get even even more thick than they already are.
 
Those are some great looking Gold Saums. This is a picture of my 7.5-8" Gold Saum in my 110 gallon.. I think he looks great, not as awesome as yours, but he's one of my favorites.

Simply Amazing!!! I hope mine turns out to half as awesome as that!!! Here is a pic my GT I got on Fathers Day. Back them he was 1.5 inches and now he is 6" and gettin bigger!:grinno:
