Unless there CAPTIVE BRED all black rays are illegal. There has not been a season in 3-4 years for any leopoldi so chances of this happening are about 1 in a million and thats better odds then it deserves. Also chances are this is all hype over the supposed QUOTA coming out from Brazil for the last year. Rumors are flying around that soon soon soon it will come and NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING ever happens.
It's like Days of Our Lives...I love it.
BigJ was right about the Zebras Ted had up for sale. I did want more info because I would have bought them. Then some imature people, I won't say any names(xcuter) blew that thread all up.
Who really knows if the rays are wild or farm raised all I said was my supplier imported them last year and was telling me he could get them next month again along with the peacock bass I sent him a list of.
I didn't know much of anything about any stingrays until cichlaguapote pmed me. It's nice to have responsible hobbyists like him that are willing to help. It makes up for the people like xcuter that should be banned from being able to post because they like to cause drama.

There are people that aren't pissed off dreamers like you that can afford to pay 2500 for them and will buy them and that's a fact.

Here is just my .02. You said this was going to be "leo season" but if they were captive pups there really wouldnt be a "season", because in the wild the "season" is caused by seasonal rain and other climate changes. If they are captive pups then they are 100% leagal and this would actually be a pretty good deal, but until there is proof people will always be sceptical. Agian just my .02 take it for what its worth.
