Lol you people are funny! Def a good read.
All the fish are still alive even the neon tetra.
But I got a question....what is the average growth rate for an Oscar? I believe my fish has not grown since the injury he is still the same size. Is it possible the fish's growth has been stunted?
And as for the future of the fish....I'm setting up a 65 gallon tank at my parents house for it to live out the rest of its life. I like my damaged fish it has character.
What is the definition of a thriving fish? I though all fish do is eat and swim and poop. Since my Oscar can eat fine, swim from top to bottom and side to side of the tank fine, and poop fine isn't the then "thriving"? If there's some other cool things that thriving fish do let me know cause I think my other two jack Dempseys are not thriving either.
As for eating he still eats flakes twice a day. I tried giving him pellets but he just spits them out.
I wonder if he would feeder fish!?!?
A video should be coming soon.
I'm glad this Oscar has sparked some interest.
