Double check ammonia.
Could be flukes, but I’m not sure how common they appear in fw fish.

The only way to get rid of ammonia is water changes right, or am I doing to many water changes

So should I treat the metroplex and the paraguard at the same time.

I also bought cupramine

In a cycled tank, ammonia naturally is converted into nitrite, which is in turn converted into nitrate, by the bacteria colonies living inside the tank. Plants and even algae can help this cycle along. Nitrate must be removed in water changes.
Water changes will remove ammonia, but in a healthy system the bacteria will do that work for you.

I do have cycled filters that were running for a while.

Did she get injured at all? Looks like a bacterial infection.

Do you have any antibiotics on hand? Try dosing kanaplex.
