i just my new GT delivered and hes upside down barely breathing.... whats the best thing I can do for him?,...... so far i opened the bag to get oxygen... and im floating the bag to acclimate...

he only needs to be in the bag for about 10-15 mins but in this case 25 seems good..but id put him close to the filter so he can breathe..

Put him in the main tank, like suggested hold him in front of the filter discharge to get water moving over it's gills and set up an air stone to get more O2 in the water. Hopfully he'll pull through.

not good could it be shock?

Hold him gently in the out flow of the filter let the water move over him. Gently move him back and fourth a few inches. If you can add an air stone if he starts to revive. Good luck

if hes breathing and sitting somewhat upright just turn off the lights and watch him for awhile, just be there if you need to do cpr again
