I watched that video. That's what made me question whether or not i was supposed to drill all the way through.

Drill all the way. Seal it. Patch it. Wait a week. Fill. Enjoy

Thanx. I just ordered everything to do the job. Since the tank is drained for repair i figured now would be a perfect time to restore the rest of the tank. Kind of confused on the buffing compound though.
