Don't feel stupid at all! We all have to learn once. I respect people willing to ask. I picked up my first "jurupari" a couple years back and it turned out to be a rare species I've been working on breeding every since. All down hill once you get the bug trust me! Going to get more is a smart choice no matter what the species.

Speaking of this type of Geo, I saw a G. crassilabris on WS's list. I wonder if it's the real thing

Of course! Yes they do. They only have one, it is a 4"-5" female and it was my ID. you should see the lips on her beautiful..

Are you sure that is a S. mariritensis???

It looks an aweful lot like S. jurapari to me.
