Help! identifing(red Terror) yes/no?

a red terror is rare 2 find but it would look somthings like this.......

No, not at such a small size. I actually do see some resemblance to a red terror, but it's really screaming rd/midas to me.
Baby festae have the same small dot near the tail, but have vertical stripes that come and go as opposed to large spots like this fish.

For a more accurate identification, I think more pictures will be needed once it settles in more.

This is not a FH because i have FH's. But here are more pictures as requested (i tryed my best, camera phone is all i have) He does have vertical stripes that are starting to fade away but you can see it.

That 1% is the correct percent. It's no festae.
