My brother (carpenter) came over to help me build the stand. This thing is gorilla strong. I had to modifiy the rubber maid stock tank to keep my stand to a resoanable height.

What a beast of a stand!

Thanks everyone. The rain, school and work has slowed my progress a bit. I made some progress: polished out most of the tank spot treating w 1000,1500,2000 W/D and did most of the tank w Novus 3. Next Novus 2, Novus 1. Very tedius work.

Checked out the seals on the hammer head and there was some erosion. I contacted Chris the owner of Reeflo and he took great care of me( new seals and barracuda impellor on its way). What a great guy!

Still working on my sump. probable going to run 200 micron socks x 4 drip plate over 30 gallons of bio balls.

Nice to see that you are going with reeflo--great company, good. people and even better product! The only neg. I have come heard is that the seals fail.
But the pump moves a friggin ton of water for the watts--Also like to think that the seals failed becuse the owner did not take care to filter out the solid waste.
I bought mine used with a baldor motor, once I replaced the seal (easy to do) it has been running trouble free 24/7 2.5 years now. I have no idea how old the pump is as it came to me used. price may be a bit much at first but looking back over the years.....I wish I spent the money on one of these sooner as they save me a ton on the electric bill and they just happen to be one of the best if not the best pump it's class.

I have 200 micron filter socks x 6 that will drain to a acrylic drip plate. Top drain is a emergency drain, then drip plate, egg crate, 30 gallons of bio balls, second drain will matain water level in sump for continous drip system, then egg crate and sump area. I used a 5 gallon bucket holed out and cut in half to provide additional support to egg crate. Last pic my daughter took of her beardy
