Nice work very nice Just like jose mentioned you don't have to do it right away submerge the drains lower the socks one at a time and switch to ceramics ..Iether way nice work....

Finally got the tank inside..... The lower bulk head in the sump was leaking 
After many hours due to sump design and limited space I was able to remove the egg crate and 2000+ bio balls to repair the leaking bulk heads. Rather than put the egg crate/ bio balls back in I decided to go with submerged media and filter socks and will connect to the sump to a Ultima 1000 ( arriving in a few days).
I had some difficulty with my internal overflows getting air locked due to the design. I finally got the Bean Animal desing overflow w 1.5 gate valves working.
The set up is silent except for the hum of the reeflo. Had to change my returns to improve circulation.
3-4 days later and very little sleep I got it going. My fish were in rubbermaid bins the entire time and as result some of them are in rough shape.
I need a pump to get my ocean clear close loop running. The CSX 500 are seeding my sump with bio balls from my old sump until the Ultima arrives.
