There's not, this comes from someone who spent close to three years trying to buy such a tank within reasonable distance of my place. Couldn't do it and had to pony up and spend 3 grand just for tank alone.

The majority of them available are in SoCal, the majority of people wanting to buy them are not.

True...I know this because that is the tank I want and will buy if one surfaces for the right price...but WTH I live in the lands where nothing good happens but lately I've been getting lucky as I just got a new FRT!

Ya but you don't live in texas do you? As previously mentioned RAYS ARE ILLEGAL IN TEXAS.

you gotta consider is his location. But i would say buy used. I know there are several large tanks 400 gallons plus in dallas for sale.

Keep the ideas coming , can't afford to do more maybe scrounge up an extra $500 but thats pushing it. am looking at glasscages 8 x 3 x 2 probably thats at least $1300 leaves me $1700 for the rest , two FX5's are a good idea maybe 2 eheim 2180's? still looking at some ideas,originally plan was at 2 G's but it's not feasible. maybe 3500? lol anyway like I said keep the ideas coming. Definitely DIY stand for me.

If you can only "scrounge" up $500.00 extra. Maybe you should save your tax return.
