HELP SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY FLOWERHORN

Turns out the FH wasn't upside down last night it was just miscommunication turns out she was just pale last night and my dad thought that was bad but the FH is always pale at night and stuff so that was an overreaction so look at the pics again does the FH actually look sick or did I overreact
Also is it bad that my FH turns pale at night like when I turn on the lights it's pale. Also I'm gonna treat the tank with polyguard anyway just to be safe because it hasn't been acting as itself lately
A lot of fish change colors based on different situations: stress, light, and so on. Color change can also be a sign of disease. I notice it on some of my fish. My one butterfly Pleco has bright white stripes as soon as light turns on but then goes to tan stripes to blend in with driftwood.
So the FH isn't eating now so I'm torn between quarantining it or leaving it. Should I move it to my 20 gal tub that already has a sick bp with HITH and treat both with Meds or should I try to treat the whole tank with my Meds. Can two fish be quarantined together? Should I move it or wait it out and see how it plays out. I don't want to stress it out by moving it around so what should I do
