Im running into problem with refund from mike of H2O. I ordered, paid full for a BD for USD$4500 in Sept 2010. Along the way, mike claimed that the ray died and has promised me a full refund. It has been 5 months since he promised me the refund. Everytime there will be excuses for the refund. That bank has transfer limit of $3000. Not sure why the money did not go thru, etc.
The latest was of last week where he finally claimed that H2O has not been doing very well since end of last year. The sales has been very poor. I then offered to let him pay me in 3 monthly installment (Each of $1500). He agreed and promise me to start the refund 2 days ago. I've not heard from him despite my repeated emails.
What should i do now? I hope someone can advise me on the course of actions. Thank you for an valuable input.
