Help: Unable to get my refund back

EVERY vendor has transaction issues that usually has 2 sides. Most hobbyists do as well. We should all be glad we have a place like this to get any fish. I wouldn't have rays without this place.

Crap happens and without knowing both sides it's probobly not worth stiring up stuff.....
The transaction stuff is usually best left to be resolved by those involved.

Damned if you do and damned if you don't.

We allow threads concerning known scammers. Others become a judgement call based on reports from other sites, reputations of parties involved, etc. And close threads immediately once it's known that a transaction was made off of theis site (this is not the BBB). Some posts are questionable as to which category they fit in. So, their disposition may take longer to determine. And, as is the usual case on this site, ...no matter what is done to any particular thread, someone will have a complaint about it. Usually, by someone not even remotely related to the event.

How many ray vendors here sell black rays? Only 1 is allowed to publicly. Others are pushed off or forced to sell through means other then MFK. Competition is great for our hobby. Keeps it a hobby.

Ok well let me get my 2 cents in and move on with this.

First DJ these so called OTHER RAY SELLERS who were pushed off here and now are not allowed to sell on the other forums they were vendors on are were now? And how many people did not get rays or have there problems worked out with them? Thanks but to be a vendor on this site you have to prove yourself and everybody on here now has earned it. Yeah there are always ups and downs but remember if these two people were allowed to sell on here as well and would have been removed from here for the same problems would that have made it better for the hobby?

Ow wait here is another good one. Why did you crawl out from under the rock you have been hiding the last 6 months? BigJ I have an idea since you are so worried about this, how about you refund me the 800 you still owe me or send it directly to this gentleman to help? Since you so nicely sold me a fish shipped it and arrived DOA. It had a live arrival guarantee cause you knew I would not buy it from you without one. Then told me you would refund and just disappeared off the face of the earth for months no return calls or anything. Only for you to resurface on here to run your mouth ha? Go back to hiding please

These threads always seem to spiral down into single case after single case. Bottom line is until this matter is resovled OUTSIDE of this site, no one will actually know the circumstances. Further tarnishing of either person is pointless without evidence supporting the matter.

As for the problem on hand I never scammed anyone before, and yes selling fish is full of problems but I always take care of them in the end. Business is great one moment and terrible the next but I always take care of problems the best I can and not always to the speed the customer would prefer but I try my best. This one will be taken care of and the other thread was also at the time. If you think I am going out and scamming people on purpose then I will happily leave this site, As others have stated I am not the only game in town rays are easy to obtain so there is plenty of competition. If people want buy you know how to contact me and I will still be active here and respond to any PM's. I want to thank MFK and it's members for many years of good business and I will still post and be active just going to take a break from sales on here for awhile and see what happens.

Thanks for your post. Like I said, I am not going to make a decision on a vendor based on one persons accounts. I will make that decision for myself

The author of that thread says that the owner of H2O claimed to enjoy protection from the owner of this site and that any critique of H2O would be squashed.

A moderator closed that thread the very same day.

For the record, I and the site have zero ties with H2O. As stated in the closing post, the sale was not conducted on the site and did not fit in the requirements for the feedback forum. I closed the thread but, left it for viewing by the membership rather than leaving it open for rhetoric by people with no dealings in this transaction.
