I was considering looking into some pearl rays in the future but not so sure now...

The thread wasn't closed because he had special pull on the forum. We just don't allow threads of this nature. Unfortunately, this thread will most likely suffer the same fate.

It doesnt matter how you frame it, the fact remains that you are shutting down threads that discuss possible fraud by sponsors of the site, and thats not kosher any way you slice it.

Sorry mods but I agree with this. And I believe MFK should investigate this type of stuff and if it's true u shouldn't allow a guy to do business on ur site.

Doesn't seem right to me, and they aren't talking about chump change here. This is thousands of dollars, even tens of thousands. If he is scamming people in this hobby (us), why wouldn't you let us know about it?

Intentionally scamming to trick people out of their money and providing bad business are two different things. One big difference is whether we can verify the information or not. Kendrick Nuttall has been banned from the site and continues to try and scam individuals on here. We know he's a scammer. I'm not trying to take away from the OP, but all we have to go on is a post stating one side of the story.

This issue will get looked into, I have no doubt about it.

There's a big difference between the threads. In the earlier one, an established member warned of another member. In this case, a brand new account is complaining about a MFK Sponsor. I believe it is the right of MFK to protect their Vendors from possible fraud. Who knows, maybe this is legit. But, I do find it odd that with supposed legal action in place, the guy is creating and posting on a forum?

Have you purchased anything from this vendor? Do you know first hand the truth of this issue. If not, then passing judgment on the Mod teams actions regarding how we handle certain situations doesn't do much.

But, if you feel that strongly I suggest you take any concerns with moderation to the site admin, Neoprodigy.

Well, I stand corrected. The guy has been a member since Sept. '08. He has made 3 posts in that time. The first to sell a fish, then twice to complain of scamming.

Thats true. I agree that it is a little presumptive. But, IF (and thats one big if) what these people are saying is true, I would have to say that it would qualify as scamming. Massive Aggression just suffered a similar fate on here, and I remember similar threads about him, too. I understand the want to look farther into this, because he is a sponsor.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I hope it does get looked into farther, because, either way it sways, someone here is doing something that ain't cool.

How many ray vendors here sell black rays? Only 1 is allowed to publicly. Others are pushed off or forced to sell through means other then MFK. Competition is great for our hobby. Keeps it a hobby.
