Help, what happened to my bichir

Any guesses on what happened to the ornate? Any suggestions are helpful.

bacterial infection or severe internal injury to the head. Those 2 things can kill in less than 24 hours without any previous issues the day before.

I have added kanaplex and api stress coat. The gills on 2 of the bichirs have this fungi looking thing. I noticed today after adding the medication, the bichir coughed out some white particles as well. The redness on the bichir seems to have disappeared. Rocksor has told me and what I’ve figured is bacterial infection. I will soon be getting methylene blue if possible.
Worrying thing is that I’ll be moving due to renovation next Monday, so I’m not sure how I’m suppose to medicate them well enough.
