Yup u fully exaggerated the size of that RTC and the tank. I knew right away by looking at that exit sign and by the tiles on the ground (each tile measures 12") so I had to call u out
In my eyes that RTC would be 26"-27" max as that exit sign with the 2 square lights on each side only measures 20" length wise and 8" from top to bottom (measurements of exit sign found here
http://www.exitlightco.com/pdf/COMBO2.pdf ). If u say that tank was really 4' wide and u say the RTC is 3.5ft then it wouldn't need to go fully vertical just to turn now would it...
Anyhow I feel bad for that RTC...hopefully someone eventually rescues it with a bigger home...
