ok so i added this stuff called cycle and i checked the nitrites today they are still really high but no higher then the last time i checked should i hold off on the water change to se if the nitrites drop or continue with the water changes????

what exactly are your water parameters? what is your ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels now? it will tell us where your tank is in the cycling process...

let us know

tear the whole tank down and bare bottom the tank..

She already has the quick cycle, the problem might be from your gravle. moveing the gravle around A LOT can wear the rocks down and release the clear coating on the rock, thus makeing algee grow faster on a bare rock then on a clear coated rock. or it might be from particals of food, dead fish parlicals and so forth stuck in the cracks of the silicone.
in my honest oppion, i would tear the tank down take out all the gravle and put hiding places for your fish.

what is the water parameters for your tap water....that also might be the problem.

my params are Ph 7.4, NO2 approx 1-1.2 ppm, NO3 15ppm, NH3/NH4 0 mg/l are the params of the tank water my tap water has no ammonia or nitrites or nitrates

is your water still cloudy?
