I believe what he was trying to say was that you keep it at that temperature always, this is an amazon fish, and it needs warmer waters.

The worse thing you can do is a bunch of things. You moved the fish from the store to your tank, temp is already different, water quality is probably toxic. Light intensity and periods have changed. Trying to force feed the fish will kill it. It needs a stable environment, and time to adjust to it.

Now after three threads trolling for the magic solution, provide your tank size, age, stock, and water parameters so that we can help you before this fish dies.
Oh and I have to have pix (sorry it just helps me believe what I read on the intraweb)
