When my petsmart tex faded her eyes went from red to black. After she fully faded the eyes started lighting up. Sold her before the process was done. Only the OP knows the truth lol

I just don't see it guys. How about the red eyes that turned to a gold eyes? If its born with red eyes, it has red eyes...I know with some Red Devils I've owned in the past, in the morning when you turned the lights on In the dark, the eyes would be white and then turn red.

It is enfact the same fish, the bag pics you're referring to where taken when I first got her. The eyes were actually an orange'ish color when she was a juvenile, and then as she started to fade as she grew the eyes started to darken up. As for updates, unfortunately I sold he and the tank back in March.....
