You got the right idea though, you did some research. A simple google search said they'd hit half their adult size in 3 months.
No offense to y'all, but nothing's more boring then talking about tiny fish and tiny tanks on MONSTERfishkeepers.com. Don't get me wrong though, they're pretty fish

lol, on a serious note, do what you want. i've seen them relatively active but you're probably "safe", doesn't mean they'll thrive

Just run the tank and make the decision to upgrade IF they do get big. Mine stayed small for a while. Youll be fine just run it they are around 4 " fish you dont need a frig-gen 60 gallon. Just run it and see what happens.......
