Almonds are awfully expensive food for a hamster. ???

Its the only thing i had in the house that seed or nut. We dont have other rodents in the house so I dont keep hamster food on hand.

Perhaps it's a hipster hamster.

Go_redfish, the little feller must have sensed your rescuing energy and knew he/she would find some respite from the cruel outside world in your fishroom.
Shoot, he might have been trying to learn to breath underwater just to get you to take him in ha!

My grandmother used to tell me that if there was a lame duck within a 10 mile radius, it would find me. She aslo used to say that i could tame the spots off a lepoard. I think some people just have an energy that draws them. Can't really explain it better than that.

Reminds me of a fine day quite a few years ago when I was walking home from school.. I happened upon a guinea pig scurrying about on the sidewalk.It was brown on both ends and white in the middle.
