Well done, I can never resist either, I see a Dat I want and thats it... purchased.

A group of 8 will be excellent, they will learn from one another with feeding etc, and the group will give them the confidence to be out and about.

2" Dats , ive come to the conclusion tend to be indos. i only see bigger Sizes for sale around me for other species, Thinbar and Silvers.

Could be a group of any of them tho.

Indos seem to be the most common of dats that are showing up in stores lately, especially at that size.

I have the Dats at home and situated now. One of them has it's color washed out real bad. They're a bit stressed right now but I still got some pics...yea! I'm counting seven stripes on all of them but one and he only has 6 stripes. Oh yeah and another one has an upside down V (like the stripes are attached at the top-I hope that's not bad genetics) and I counted that as 2. I put them in my daughters 20g for now because it's a safe place for them. Remember I wasn't expecting to bring home 8 dats. They're small and really cute, probably 1.5". Here's some teaser pics of them in still in the bag.
