I've kept fish for 10 years, cichlids for the last 9. I thought cichlids were the only fish I would ever like. As a matter of fact I had never even heard of a Datnoid. I want to say thanks to all the great people here at MFK. I've learned a lot since I became a member here and am always thirsty for more knowledge.

I want to add that they're already not afraid of me. When I come to the tank, they all come to the top of the water with the mollies and beg for food. I can put my finger in the water and they don't swim away. Maybe they're learning that from my daughter's mollies, those guys are fearless. I can put my hand in the water and gently scoop out a handful of of mollies and they just let you...and they're such gluttons for food. They'll eat til they explode if you let them. Back to the Dats though, I love'em and they know I'm the food man. Thanks to Rallysman and JD man, they'll be getting some chopped shrimp today. 
I already know they like frozen krill, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, bloodworms and Emerald Entree cubes (the cubes are good because the have a lot of veggies mixed in).
