Here's a pick of one of the offspring from Peter's new pair!! You need to get them breeding Peter. Not a lot of psittacus on the market right now that look as good as them. All you see now is the columbia ones.

Look at all of my babies!! They look awesome, if I dont say so myself :)

I feel so blessed to have you guys around :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

Very happy and relieved that they seem to like the new home and new friends. They are very calm and eat like PIGS (loads of pellets and 5 more night crawlers today).

Breeding them would be nice.... but the important thing to me is that the tank finally looks like a proper tank with these two center pieces!

Hopefully I will be able to hook you up with some little ones when I thin them down. I measured it before I put it in the tank and it was just under 11". The biggest sev I have ever owned.

That's insane....:nilly::nilly::nilly:

I have four babies left. Hopefully we can get a few pairs out of them :)

Really nice, always been one of my faves. One day when I get a big tank, I will have a pair of these.

Thanks for the kind words :)

Thanks John. It's Oceanic something with 8x36" bulbs.

Great vid. Their color is amazing. That Red Sev is impressive too.

Are tanks are starting to look very similiar Peter!! You must have really good taste in fish:D.

Now all you need is a black aro, flagtail, and giant notatus.

What auction are yall talking about?

I got 4 of your little ones from Sean and I couldn't be happier with them. By far my favorite fish. They range from 6.5-9.5" now and are still growing fast. They have been putting on anywhere from 0.5-0.75" a month. Excellent quality fish!!

Wow... i gotta say i think i like those eartheaters more now. what species do you have? ive been considering getting some sort of eartheater and those 2 look amazing.

Seems like flagtails just came into season. Maybe I'll get a few soon...Sean has one, Alex has one.... :( Alex mentioned that the male pisttacus killed a flagtail before 'coz it "kept sucking on him".:WHOA:

As to a giant notatus....:hitting:

Alex - do you remember when they were born? I suspect some will get to spawn....so we'd know exactly how long it takes for them to mature.

I have a lone G. abalios in there and a group of A. heckelii, which turn out to be outstanding dithers :D

I've had no issues with my flagtail so far but it is still small. They are supposed to hate there own kind so you would only want to get one.
