What me and Yankeejack did was I took the fish to the Wet Spot and Yankee paid them to ship it to him, since they do a lot of shipping anyways. Now that was inside the U.S. so no certification needed (it was my EBJD) might want to look into this route with a bigger LFS in your area.

I live up in the Northwest, I used The Wet Spot in Portland. They shipped to Yankeejack's front door.
He has settled in nicely but is spoiled. He has decided the ceramic skull thingy is his castle. He hardly ever leaves. I drop sinking pellets thru the holes and he eats breakfast in bed. lol
holopos are great cause no trouble. mine live with neons and minnows also 3 small shrimp. They like to dig and seem to like being in a group.
I need to get him a buddy or two, the area I cast netted him in, is now inaccessible due to rising water.
When the water starts to recede that's a good time to look for fish, sometimes I find fish stranded in puddles as well
Caught in this area, the "overflow" When the river is up, it runs about a 1000 yards and meets back up with the river, downstream. When the river goes down, it turns into a series of ponds. Also, prime fossil hunting grounds.
